About Bizora

Business Management Built for African SMEs

Bizora helps small businesses keep track of sales, customers, credit, inventory and financial information in one simple business management application.

What Bizora is

Bizora is an offline-first business management application built for small and growing businesses across Africa. It brings the everyday parts of running a business — sales, customers, credit and debt, inventory, receipts, reports and staff access — into one place, on a device you already own.

The idea is straightforward: the information you need to run your business well shouldn't be scattered across notebooks, phone messages and memory. And it shouldn't stop being available the moment the network does.

The problems Bizora addresses

These are the practical, everyday challenges the product is built around.

Sales tracking

Businesses need a clearer record of what they sell and how each transaction affects the business.

Customer credit

Businesses selling on credit need practical visibility into outstanding balances and payments received.

Inventory visibility

Owners need to know what stock they actually have, and how sales are changing it.

Financial visibility

Businesses need clearer insight into sales, costs, expenses and profitability — reported honestly, not blended into one number.

Business records

Important business information should be easier to keep and review than relying on scattered or fragile records.

Connectivity limits

Core operations should keep working without depending on a constant internet connection.

The Bizora approach

How we think about building business software for this market.

Start with what actually happens in a shop. Features earn their place by solving something a business owner does every day — recording a sale, checking who owes money, seeing what's left on the shelf — not by adding to a feature list.

Make the important information visible. Sales, customer balances, stock levels and financial performance should be quick to see, not buried behind steps.

Assume the connection will drop. Offline operation isn't a fallback mode bolted on at the end; it's the assumption the product is designed around.

Respect the device. Bizora is built to stay usable across a broad range of mobile hardware, including lower-end Android phones — because that's what most of its users are actually holding.

Why offline-first matters

Bizora is designed so that core business operations can continue without depending on a constant internet connection.

For a business operating where connectivity is inconsistent, software that stops working when the network drops isn't just inconvenient — it interrupts trading. So sales can be recorded, stock stays accurate, and customer balances remain available whether or not you're connected.

To be clear about what that does and doesn't mean: internet is still needed for installing Bizora, receiving updates, contacting support, and any applicable licensing or payment process. Bizora does not currently provide cloud synchronization, automatic cloud backups, or remote data recovery. Your business data lives on your device, and backups are something you create and keep.

A note on what's available today

Everything described on this website as a Bizora capability is available in the product today. Bizora continues to develop, and areas such as multi-store management and cloud synchronization are future direction rather than current features — we won't describe them as available until they are.
